Walmart Vision Center

I been ordering glasses for years here, bit this time it is very disappointing. New employee when ordering glasses which had trouble using the system and seemed a little confused, but I have him the benefit of being new and he was very friendly. My text to pick up my glasses and the lady that was there was not very friendly from the beginning. Then come to find out only the lenses where there no frame and the lady was not going to look into it, but was going to wait until tomorrow when the new employee will be back. Will.govr update when I finally receive my glasses and my son's glasses. Hopefully that order comes back right.

Just sharing my opinion on this center. I called in to see if they did eye exams or just filled prescriptions. The person I spoke to said they do both. I asked If I needed an appointment for an exam, the person said no, the Dr is here. I said Great is there a wait, the person said no. I said Great I’ll be there in 15 min. 10 min later I arrive and am told they are temporarily closed….thats odd I called 10 minutes ago and you were open and taking walk ins. Nothing on the website, nothing on the door and the complete opposite of what I was told 10 minutes prior on the phone. Worst experience. I’ll never use them and neither should anyone else.

Walmart Vision center is the best! The Vision Center customer service rep.was excellent in helping me find frames Great Customer Service!

Great associates in this department and was helpful in getting me setup with my glasses to through my insurance

Called in for help and the employees were super nice and very helpful
