Walmart Vision Center

Came in on a casual day to inquire about glasses. Omar spotted me immediately and walked me through the whole process. His customer service and patience was beyond my expectations. Thank you again, Omar

The staff out front are very knowledgeable however I was told my glasses would be ready yesterday and they are still not in. I told them I needed them before I leave on a trip. They said again they would be ready Wednesday April 22 or possibly before. NOPE NOT TRUE.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jessica- I stopped by the Walmart Vision Center in Federal Way today in pretty rough shape—my glasses were barely hanging on, one lens had popped out, and the frame was broken. I’m legally blind, so this was a big deal for me. That’s when Jessica helped me, and let me tell you… she was amazing. She fixed my glasses with care and patience, made sure the lens was secure, and helped me walk out seeing clearly again. She was incredibly positive, kind, and didn’t hesitate to help even though she had no idea I planned to leave a review. Jessica, if you see this: thank you for being such a kind soul. You turned a stressful moment into a really good one, and I appreciate you more than words can say. You made my whole day better. Walmart is lucky to have someone like you.

I had to wait a couple weeks to get an appointment with Dr. Kim after a very unpleasant and unproductive experience with a different company, but it was absolutely worth the wait. Dr. Kim was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to make certain that the prescription was what I needed, and what I wanted. I left with a trial pair of the correct brand contact lenses, and happily clear distance and near vision balance. I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Kim's service, attention, and effort to make sure everything was right. The associate, Kerri, was great. She helped me pick out some glasses frames and gave me a great breakdown of my options, and even introduced me to a completely different concept of glasses for computer use than I'd heard before. Hands down, best experience I've had at a vision center, and I've been to several in the past month. Come to think of it, I've actually had nothing but good experiences at Walmart vision centers and I'm not sure why I even bothered trying anyone else.

Keri is very knowledgeable and professional, she truly cares about her customers, I will continuing coming here fore my glasses, the price is reasonable and Keri's service is awesome! The only issue I have is when they call you when classes are ready they should document, or try to call you again..I waited over 6 weeks awaiting for a phone call and decided to call them, no one ever called me , the glasses were siting there for over 3 weeks! Someone is not doing their job and it simply looks bad for Walmart Vision.
