Make sure you know exactly what you want because they don't like to give REFUNDS here if you change your mind, even though their policy is to accept returns in 60 days. I guess each manager likes to make their own rules. The lady who is manager here is not very friendly either!
Don't waste your time or money in this place. Its a joke! They will never allow you yo use your warranty that you pay for. They just "fix" them in store and they are always messed up. They never sit right and then they say its the best they can do for you. Just go to a reputable eye place. Walmart is a joke from top to bottom

I had a great experience receiving an exam and purchasing glasses at this location. Everyone who helped me was very kind and wonderful. I worked most closely with Dan S. and it was a great experience. Dan is very professional, yet comfortable to engage with. He is very knowledgeable and addressed all my questions and concerns and then some. He offered relevant information that helped aid in my purchasing decisions. He never suggested frames outside of my price range (he must have observed, because I didn't mention my budget), which I appreciate a lot. He worked diligently with me and was also enjoyable to talk with. While he was working with me, another client walked by the store and waved at Dan with a smile. I think that too, speaks volumes about his character and work ethic. I look forward to working with Dan in the future. Oh! And he fixed/cleaned my glasses which were held together with a paperclip and (embarrassingly) quite dirty. He was very kind and laid back about everything, which was refreshing + made the entire process feel easy. The entire staff was wonderful; they've been kind and helpful every time I've entered the store. I highly recommend Vision & Eyewear services from this location. Awesome staff.
My Sons appointment went well Dan was amazing teaching my Son how to apply and remove his contacts for the first time he explained well and had the best PATIENCE in teaching my 11 yr old!!! We need more caring workers like Dan the Man!!! 🤙🏽
