All staff is wonderful especially Amber. She is always very helpful, polite and very patient. She has excellent customer service. Thank you Amber for your dedication and great customer service. We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Holloway for my kids' eye exams! He was incredibly patient, thorough, and made them feel completely at ease throughout the entire visit. It's clear he really cares about his patients and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Katie, the vision center manager, was also amazing! She's extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect glasses. Her expertise as an optician really shows, and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Dr. Holloway and Katie – they make a great team, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
all the staff is outstanding! when we ordered our glasses last week, Inna (or Ina), helped us. today when we picked them up Iris helped us. both ladies are pleasant, kind and knowledgeable. it's really a pleasure to go into this vision center.
The whole staff there treated me with professionalism; greeter, eye doctor, and especially Katie. When I returned to pick up my glasses, she called me by sir name. That's going the extra mile for me and made me feel special. Thanks a million Katie!
I had a very comprehensive eye exam today and was completely impressed with the detail I was provided. Amber helped me fit my glasses and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had previously been an America's Best customer, but there is NO comparison between the 2. What on earth took me so long to switch? Very happy with the professionalism of the entire team.
