I was absolutely shocked at Dr Paul’s unprofessionalism. He was completely belittling when providing information and acted as though I was stupid for not knowing what all of the optometrist jargon meant, how dare I not have an advanced ocular anatomy education. Seriously unimpressed.

Trina and her team really went above and beyond (Jan - Mar 2023). I ordered glasses from them in early January ... but soon learned that there were major issues with my optometrist (a third party) giving me the most incompetent prescription diagnosis. As a result, there were MANY back-and-froth orders of frames and lenses (it took nearly 3 months before I finally received frames with the correct prescription!) But the team here were very understanding. They communicated well and they made sure that, despite the back and forth, I wouldn't have to pay an extra dime (having it fall under Walmart's awesome 60-day warranty). They did an excellent job and kept their cool. None of the issues were their fault, but they had to take the brunt of the footwork.

Trina was AMAZING! She fixed my glasses PERFECTLY!!! Trina takes care of her guests like they are members of her family. Walmart is lucky to have her as the face for their company! Thank you for your time and expertise!!!

Friendly and helpful. Julia took my appointment and helped me pick my glasses with a smile from beginning to end. Awesome service. Less than 48hrs and my prescription was ready.

Don't waste your time coming here, if you must go to a Walmart for the eye services, find a different one. The older woman attendant on the floor has no idea what she is doing and cannot answer basic questions. There is an entire air of miscommunication between the doctor, you, and the floor staff, and it's not worth the stress to deal with it.
