Such a great group of people. Spoke with Cedric on the phone about my daughter's headaches. Ensured me they do exams and has a Dr onsite. Dr Patel was wonderful, very explanatory. She made my daughter very comfortable through all the tests. I Highly recommend this group of employees.
Cedric was awesome. Very professional and took his time with me. I bought 3 items from him: progressive lenses, reading glasses and sunglasses. Highly recommend.
Would give a zero if available. I purchased glasses and frames for my autistic son there a few years ago. He recently broke the frames in which they were out of warranty. I told the lady helping me I understood and I would purchase new frames. They called me the next day informing me they were ready to pick them up. When checking out the manager of the Department came up to me telling me she wasn't going to give a new warranty because we didn't purchase new lenses and that she already had replaced his frames previously. I stated that they had to replace them because they were under warranty at that time. I also told her that there is no place that states I had to buy new lenses. She then laughed and said I could just not purchase the glasses. I had already had the lenses put in the new frames and my son needed them the next day for school. Completely unprofessional and making policy to what she see's fit. Going to Corporate on this.
Usually I have a great experience at this office, but now I would not recommend. I had to be back and forth with my insurance and the vision center, both were saying different things about my coverage. Then I drove 45 minutes to get my appointment, was not able to be seen, asked about paying cash and was still not seen. Frustrated to say the least and now out of contact lens.
