I was looking for a new eye Dr. I wanted a real in person experience and not the off site, zoom, tele dr that some optical shops offer. I shop at the Walmart and inquired about them. I am very happy with Dr Shenker and his eye exam. He fit me successfully with contacts and im very happy.
I’ve been coming to this Walmart Vision Center for a while now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The doctor has been there for years and is absolutely wonderful—he always takes the time to remember little things about me, which makes every visit feel personal and comfortable instead of rushed. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and their eye health. The team out front is just as amazing. All of the ladies who help with frames and check-out are friendly, knowledgeable, and so patient. They make the whole experience easy and actually enjoyable, from picking out the right pair of glasses to explaining insurance and pricing. It’s rare to find a place where both the doctor and the staff are consistently this kind and professional. I highly recommend this Vision Center to anyone looking for great care and a team that genuinely cares about you.
Dr. Shanker is a very good doctor. He takes his time and gives your vision and questions the time needed. He's taken care of my vision for many year. Jennifer is very helpful with picking out frames that look great on me as well as functional for my new lenses. Thank you for the great help, Jennifer!
Dr.Shenker gives a great eye exam! He explained things to my Mom today about her vision and changes in regard to older folks with laws here in Fl and their vision with driving. I’m grateful for him explaining g the process to us. And Jennifer is just top notch with knowing her customers there at the story for their needs as far as frames and their lenses. Just a wonderful, insightful lady. So glad she cares for our eyes!
I was new to vision insurance thru my employer. I went here using my plan for the first time which was vsp. It was so easy to do. The staff made the experience effortless and easy. Had my eyes checked and ordered glasses the same day. Glasses were delivered ahead of time and I really like them. I’d recommend this Walmart vision facility to anyone.
