I received a text my glasses were ready so i showed up and they said they werent ready making me wait another 3 days. Then proceeded to tell me after the 3 days that i would have to wait another unknown amount of time in order for the other ones to come only providing me with “it will be a while” which then made me pay an additional fee on top of the price i already paid for an expensive pay of glasses. The customer service and service in general was not good

Worst place ever! Unprofessional, rude staff with archaic tools. Maria or Mary (the manager) that woman has such a horrible attitude, making joke from people, hands in hands with the doctor who thinks he is funny as well. We had a simple request for a glass what helps seeing in distance clearly. They gave a useless glass. We spent over $400 with the frame and could not even use. Went back a week later and the doctor said that my husband needs another glass. We even chose to do that, even paying again an extra $160, but then Miss Mary / Maria showed up with her terrible attitude and said it is impossible and my husband could not even pass a test for driving. Well…. He HAS an active DL, he DRIVES and used another glass for years without any problem, he just simply wanted a new one. But this woman thinks she knows some rocket science… So after some argument again and again we simply laughed on the incompetence and ignorance, even left behind for them the glass what we paid for. More arguments with those people are useless, over certain level we are not going under, because there are some people who always seem angry and continuously looking for conflict. The battle they are fighting isn’t with us but with themselves. That is Mary / Maria for sure! The glass was totally useless anyway. So we wish you all the best! And You, Dear People, AVOID FROM THIS PLACE!

Went in to get contacts my prescription expires January 2023 per Florida Statue 484.012but I was told my prescription was expired and that they are good for just a year. Wanted me to do exam all over which I did not have time for. I was told the optometrist chooses how long your contact prescription is good for . So I take it they don’t follow Florida statue and can make up rules. Asked for something in writing but was told there was nothing stating it’s up to the optometrist. Lost my benefits .

Wonderful staff!!! I didn't have an appointment but they accommodated me. Dr. Zeitlin was great very nice and thorough. The entire Vision Center staff Stacey, Amarillis, and Alissa was very friendly and extremely helpful. Alissa was extra helpful by finding my insurance. Then I was able to purchase glasses and get the second order for 20%off. All of them had excellent customer service..I highly recommend this Vision Center.

Recently, I went in to find new frames and the woman that came up to me to “help” was extremely rude and talked down to me throughout the entire interaction. I heard her talking to other customers in a similar way. Ultimately, I ended up deciding to buy frames elsewhere. I don’t recommend going here and I would not support a business where you will be talked to like you are far beneath the people working there. I would suggest either a different location or a different business entirely.
