Not even 1 star. Refund please !!!!! The lady eye doctor wants money for trial contact lens. I pay for my family to go there, cash. The audacity to ask me to pay for trial lens. Bye forever.

I wanted a new pair of glasses because I never cared for the pair that I purchased from another large chain store. I have a very high prescription and need progressive lenses. Also, I wanted to switch to a non-metal frame. There weren't many selections for me because of my script, but I did find a couple of very cute frames. I was helped very quickly by a very knowledgeable woman who fitted me carefully. I could have gotten a second pair for 20% off, but I couldn't justify the cost (my lenses cost a lot) even though the second pair was also very nice. The pair I ordered came in faster than I expected and I am very pleased with them. They really did a nice job and were great to work with, too. I recommend this place.

I was visiting from the Bahamas went there to get glasses I tried on about 4 glasses I finally decided on two glass frames the wrote me up and did the measurements. Since I was leaving before they were ready I asked my nephew to collect my glasses and ship them to me. Firstly when I got the glasses they were not the glasses I picked. Instead it was was what they wanted to give me the front was blue and the sides were turtle print NOTHING MATCHED. I wore the glasses and notice it was harder to see took them to a eye doctor home asked him to look to see if they were as the prescription said. He laughed and said no ma'am these normal readers you can buy over counter. I paid 380.00. I am furious. I tried calling back but everytime they heard my accent they acted like they could not hear me especially this Spanish man who was silly enough to answer 2 questions then tell me he couldn't hear me!!!!

got the best value for an exam and a pair of glasses only 140 total. very grateful i found this place

No one called to let me know my glasses were in. When I went to the store to check, there were there. There was no one there to adjust them for me, and the lenses were dirty. The guy handed me my glasses, handed me a bag with the cleaner, and sent me on my way. Never even offered a mirror to try them on. Will not buy glasses from Walmart again.
