I am always greeted when I go here. They are calm in the hustle of Wal Mart. They are kind and helpful. Robin is great at helping me pick out lenses. Coty and the others are just as nice. I never feel like a bother and they get my glasses adjusted or straightened or ordered so efficiently. Good experience every time.

Such great service! I stopped by to have my sunglasses adjusted. Even though I hadn't bought them there, they did the adjustment for free. The staff is gracious.
Let 2 people cut me and left me sitting there waiting them 50 mins so I went somewhere else
I got new glasses from there about month ago, needless to say I will not go back. They used some type of lense where it just messed up my vision and give me head problems Everytime I wear the new glasses I got from there. I went back a few times for that problem, and they just keep making the lenses worse for me. It is to the point where I can't wear the new glasses. For some reason they just refuse to fix the problem and it is pretty sad when I have insurance as well. Sorry I'm not on Medicaid..
Was told they would have a optometrist available on the weekends so we drove an hour to get there then told they dont have anyone except Monday through Friday even though it shows they are open online
