My wife had an eye issue Urgent Care couldn't figure out after several visits and specialists were going to take 2-4 days to schedule an appointment. One provider recommended the doctor here. We were seen almost immediately and couldn't be happier with the service. She was caring, nice, and very professional. We appreciate the help!
The staff member was unable to comprehend how to read a insurance card and get the accurate information from it and verify vision insurance. And when told that what she was saying and attempting to verify was wrong she became defensive. Will not return and recommend you go elsewhere for eye care.
Dr. Lemmon is my go to for an optometrist! She is so caring and thorough. Brought my 6 y/o in for an exam and left with smiles from both of us. Front of house (glasses center) could use some work though.
My husband and I had appointments for 1:30 and 2:00 today. We arrived 20 minutes early to get the paperwork done. By 2:30 neither one of us had been seen. Asked the receptionist how much longer it was going to be and she went to check, she told us it was going to be a few more minutes. We told her we couldn't wait any longer and so we left. Will not be going back there.
My appointment was for 12.30. Arrived 15min early as was told and still didn’t see the doc before 2pm. Don’t make appointments if you aren’t going to abide by them. The person before me was for 12pm and she didn’t go back until almost 1pm. Vision center inside of Walmart that orders the glasses are always helpful and amazing. I would give them 5 stars. The Doctor though needs to learn how to just do the job and stop yammering on for 2hr.
