Everyone I spoke to were incredibly kind and comforting. They answered my questions and concerns with ease. They made sure I was well informed about pricing before/during my appointment and I greatly appreciate it! Pricing is a bit steep but honestly I was expecting to pay more since I don't have insurance.(pricing has definitely gone up everywhere in the world so I wasn't surprised in the slightest 😂) In my case it was definitely affordable to pay for 2 pairs of glasses since I saved up for it. Thank you guys so much for everything!

Super clean, friendly and comforting environment. They were able to get me in same day, no trouble. Front receptionist ladies were very helpful in answering questions I had. Even when I called to be a few minutes late, they were very nice and still welcomed me with no hesitation. Dr. DeShaw was great the whole appointment; listened to my yaps, easy to talk to and he did a great job explaining everything thoroughly for me. Flow of the appointment from check in to check out was so smooth, everyone was so friendly in a genuine way. For once I didn’t feel rushed or brushed off, whole experience was great; highly recommend. Thank you Dr. DeShaw and the wonderful ladies there, I will be coming here for my eye appointments; concerns and routine glasses and contacts refills.

I enjoyed my visit. The first time I had visited was couple of years ago, they were awesome. And I came back this year 2026 and the dr and staff greated me with open arms so friendly as if was my first. I would recommend this eye clinic to friends and family and strangers this clinic doesn't meet strangers they welcome you with open arms. Keep up the good work. 😘

What a wonderful experience I had at this clinic. Everyone was so sweet, so kind, and so relaxed & chill but totally professional. The office is very nice & clean, and it smelled so good throughout the entire office. I will forever be going to see Dr. DeShaw for sure!! I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone. Wonderful experience as always, Family has been coming for years. Just one complaint a wonderful young lady was helping me and paused for a second she needed assistance and she asked a lady sitting, My issue was she just starred at her and remained watching her cell phone, I was in no rush but i find it disturbing she never assisted her. Dora assisted her, I appreciate Dora coming to assist the nice lady i believe her name was Marisa she had beautiful art.
