The employee who helped us, Wes, was really nice and answered several of our questions. The store was clean and organized, we liked how everything was labeled (wide, xwide, etc.) and the prices were visible. They also check your insurance then and there, making sure we’d be able to get covered or offer any discount rates. Also, if your rx is expired you can upload it online after the fact. Very cool. We’re excited to receive our glasses!

I am not a frequent review writer, but I really wanted to leave this one. My daughter had been complaining of blurriness and headaches, so I decided to get her eyes checked. I wasn’t familiar with other options, but have always loved Warby Parker myself. I decided to make a pediatric appointment, but since they don’t limit themselves to specializing in pediatric optometry, I was a bit worried. All the ins and outs of the appointment, including some of the uncomfortable parts of eye exams (all the questions, drops, etc.), seemed like a lot for my more sensitive kiddo. Especially if the doc was not good with kids. Let me say, Dr. Tran was GREAT. She was cheerful and kind, presented everything as a game, and was VERY patient when my kiddo was nervous about something. You would think working with nervous six year olds was her main thing. And the exam itself was thorough and I left confident in her assessment of what my daughter needed. Which, to her delight, was a pair of cute pink glasses. My real hope is that another parent, wondering about whether they should take their young kiddo here, finds this review. Make your appointment with confidence! As long as her eye care needs stay simple, we will be going back!

We ended up here to order frames for my daughter. They have a large selection of frames compared to any other store we checked and the starting prices are very reasonable. We brought her prescription with us, but you can have an eye exam in store. The process to order the glasses was very easy and the staff was very helpful.

I came here to the La Centerra location for the first time to have my recently purchased glasses adjusted. Here is my experience: Location: The location is very clean, very visible, and in a very safe shopping complex. Parking was a little hard to find as typical with La Centerra. It is located right next to Baker St. Pub & Grill. 🤓 Store: The store itself was very nice! It was clean, well lit, and very easy to view the many selection of styles in stock. They do have an Eye Exam Doctor office on-site in case you need an eye exam. I was told that the doctor is there Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. 🤓 Service: I was immediately greeted when walked in and was put on the waiting list. I waited for less than 2 minutes when an optician came out and adjusted my frames. He did a great job and also made sure that I was happy with everything. 🤓 Overall I had a great experience here and it is much closer than the City Center location where I was going before this location opens up. Highly recommended 5/5 ⭐️ if you ever need glasses 👓🕶️👍

The customer service was superb! The exam went seamlessly and the doctor answered all my questions. I picked out frames and an associate choose frames for me while I was getting an exam. I highly recommend Warby Parker at La Centerra in Katy!
