Walked in today to purchase sunglasses and was approached by a very friendly young girl. She brought me to the register to run insurance and said she'd have to call because of an online issue with the system. She asked a short, older blonde woman to come help check someone in so she could help me. The older woman completely dismissed me and said she could call me to help because she had other things to do. She didn't have a smile in her and seemed very miserable and unprofessional. I think if a place advertises walk ins then they really should have enough staff to help with that. Definitely will not be giving them my business and recommend looking elsewhere if you want professionalism and courtesy.

The staff was so nice and welcoming, wait time wasn’t long and I was in and out the office in under 15 mins. Tanya was so kind and understanding about my needs and questions. She broke down the pricing and invoice of my order and provided astronomical service. Most places take your money and leave you in a state of confusion where Vision works take their time and leave you in a state of nirvana! Great place great staff great service

Excellent service, very knowledgeable Robin helped me find what I want and need and took her time to make sure that I was happy with my decisions. The rest of the team was very accommodating and helpful also. I highly recommend this place.

I have nothing but good things to say about Visionworks! From the moment I walked in, it was a great experience... such a great vibe! The staff was awesome, the optometrist I saw was awesome! They were proms, pleasant, and I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in until I left! Five stars from me and that saying something! I usually don't do surveys or leave reviews, so that pretty much says it all!

Professional. Courteous. My experience with VW is and always has been outstanding. Knowledgeable doctors. Staff that organize according to clients' needs. Please have your insurance recommendations notified. Will save you a lot of "running around". Thank you!
