This was my first experience with Warby Parker. The employees were very professional and knowledgeable. Victoria and Taye were exceptional. They both provided great feedback on style and functionality. I enjoyed my experience there purchasing new glasses.

From the moment we walked into Warby Parker on 80th St and Columbus, until the moment we left, the entire experience was exceptional. The optometrist was absolutely outstanding. Her attention to detail, patience, and gentle bedside manner immediately put my daughter at ease. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered every question with care, and never made us feel rushed. It's rare to find a healthcare professional who combines such expertise with genuine kindness, and it made all the difference. The customer service team was just as impressive. Everyone was warm, welcoming, professional, and eager to help from start to finish. They created an environment where you truly feel valued as a customer. On top of that, the selection of frames exceeded my expectations. There were so many stylish options at prices that were surprisingly affordable, making it easy to find something my daughter loved without feeling overwhelmed. This was one of the best eye care experiences we've ever had. Exceptional medical care, outstanding customer service, beautiful frame selections, and great pricing, all in one place. I highly recommend Warby Parker to anyone looking for quality eye care and an experience that genuinely puts people first.
I've been to multiple Warby Parker locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn, and this particular store is the best I've visited. The staff is so courteous and professional and efficient. You get to see an actual human doctor rather than an appointment with a remote doctor and technician. Even though this location isn't usually convenient for me, my experience was so good I am considering making this store as my preferred Warby Parker location in the future.
After about a year, the lenses start developing vertical cracks. The lenses are very poorly made—they’re essentially selling disposable glasses.
I have had the displeasure of dealing with Anna twice now, and it’s enough to put me off Warby Parker. The first time was what I thought an innocuous interaction, during which I was supposedly added to the waitlist by her, but after an hour into what should’ve been a 10-minute wait, I asked someone else for help and was told I wasn’t on the waitlist at all. I excused it away as a mystery technical error, but she heard the whole interaction I had with the optometrist and she didn’t acknowledge it or care. She also saw me sitting in the bench for an hour and never bothered to check why I hadn’t been called yet. I came back in today and was met by Anna again, and she was cold and uncommunicative. She acted as though I was asking for something outrageous by wanting my eyes measured (an extremely normal request at any other optometry office). I then had to ask her if she was done with what she needed from me and if I should go sit/wait for the optometrist, because she had stopped acknowledging that I was standing next to her, and she weirdly and rudely acted like I was insane for not telepathically knowing she was finished and I should go wait somewhere else. I then said her communication was very unclear and she should’ve informed me that I could have a seat or browse while waiting, and she did not apologize for being unclear or give any indication whatsoever that she cared. In fact she just started at me silently without expression. I informed the manager about my dual negative experiences, and he was polite and understanding. The optometrist was also great and helpful. This is why I’m giving this location 2 stars instead of 1.
