Warby Parker is a new eyeglass retailer for me, but I enjoyed the experience. From the range of frames, to the customer service and knowledge of Amy, I had a terrific experience. She offered different options for the choices of frames and lenses. And my wife and I had fun chatting with her on top of that.... Highly recommended over the old school retailers. You know who I mean....
I received excellent customer service with a great selection of frames to choose from that fit my needs. My sales associate was courteous, knowledgeable and professional thought-out my visit. Great experience at Warby Parker City Centre! Everyone was friendly, had all my questions answered, the exam (for me and my 2 kids) was quick and efficient. We were in and out quicker than anticipated, which I loved! Will be back in the future!
