The employees are excellent! No pressure selling...good variety of frames. The eye doctor is very experienced, knowledgeable, very detailed and caring towards their patients. Equipment is modern. Clean and Calm atmosphere...definitely you will get a great eye exam and wonderful frames for your eyeglasses
This was not my first visit. I bought my last eyeglasses from them and felt the level of attention, care and ease of doing business was spot on. This time I found the same consistent level of customer service. The time for finding the proper frame, selection of the eyeglass lenses and the measurement was less than 30 minutes. Out the door fast!! They even tightened up my current frames in the process.
Everyone in this office was so friendly and helpful! I had never been to Warby Parker before and they made everything so easy! The doctor was also so friendly and patient and she made things go by so easily! Great selection of contacts and glasses and she even made sure I took home some trial contacts since I was completely out!
Great experience! Randy was especially helpful when it came to purchasing my glasses. He took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find frames that fit my style. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the location was well-kept. They also have a great selection of frames to choose from. Heavily recommend them-- will definitely be back for future eyewear needs!
After going to Costco and Target and optics I could not believe that for $95 at melllenia mall I could get A single vision great frame for computer at the Mall🤪🤪🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️, Randy the sales guy was one of the most caring attentive , expert at helping me choose the frame and what I needed , wil definitely be back for travsition and sunglasses what s business model price , Quality and service , Randy is the man
