Warby Parker- Morningside Heights

It's was an amazing experience. The staff were very helpful and the selection of glasses was great. The glasses are affordable.

Warby Parker is a reliable place (and this location is no exception) if you are looking for sunglasses or your prescription is simple. If your prescription is high and/or you are getting progressive lenses, I would personally suggest going elsewhere. The opticians are nice and friendly, but they do not seem to possess the level of technical knowledge or the measuring devices required to advise customers who need prescriptions that are beyond the most simple ones. The good thing is that they have a 30-day return policy. But personally, I won't make this mistake again, sorry.

From the moment I entered to when I completed payment I was taken care of each step of the process and thoughtful and caring ways by incredible people. they addressed all my needs before I even knew I needed them and carefully explained each step of the process in ways that were understandable. I appreciate it, the efficiency in each step of the process, but efficiency with quality and thoroughness. And to top it all off - the aesthetics of the store front and the eye care space were phenomenal!

Never shop at this store! The male CS person who works there is rude, interrupted me when I was speaking with a different CS person, and then rolled his eyes when he looked back at his customer about me and then the customer rolled their eyes. The manager is passive aggressive and didn't even come over to speak to the male CS person who interrupted me and I wasn't even working with him! I was being helped by another much more professional and calm, helpful person. The manager, helped me on Sunday, by saying they didn't have the sunglasses in stock. She didn't offer to look at any other store inventory - I had to ask her to do that. When she did, she said 42nd Street had it. Again she offered nothing after that so I asked her if she could have them put a hold on it for me. She said "they can and will email you". When I hadn't heard from them in 2 days (not a surprise), I went online and saw that they had them in stock. The manager didn't even suggest that I could go online and order them myself. Needless to say, I am not buying WP glasses again. I hope the Head of CS, does something about the lack of training and snarky, passive behaviors that are in their store in Morningside Heights.

Great location, friendly and knowledgable staff and the associates really took their time making sure I was satisfied with my fram selections. Warby has expanded frame styles and lense options as well.
