Kat Santos was so helpful, courteous and patient. Second time helping us and we used so much of her time the first time around without even making a purchase. We knew she was the associate we would seek out when we were ready to purchase. She was great. Overall the store is very busy but well staffed. Everyone has a positive and friendly attitude.
Sono Mall Warby Parker has great service, nice selection and cost effective! Had a really great experience. They double checked my script that I brought to them. Checked for insurance coverage. Took total of 20 mins to select frames, have script reviewed and re-check, purchase and insurance filed!
I rushed into the store to quickly try on and purchase a pair of frames and was greeted and checked out within 15 minutes or less. The associate was extremely helpful and polite. Applied insurance and saved me $104 on the order. I love Warby Parker.
