Purchasing: Great shopping experience and customer service. The frames are modern and stylish, and the prices are unbeatable at a brick & mortar retailer. Taking Delivery: Underwhelming experience. My first pair from Warby Parker. The frame was warped out the box. The fit was visibly crooked. The employees made several attempts to fix the frame but were getting annoyed or frustrated they couldn’t fix it. Apparently I was the one to blame in the end for not settling for “good enough.“ The glasses were delivered dirty. The frame still didn’t sit comfortably on my face. Went back a third time and had a wonderful experience with Andrew who made things perfect. Warby wins five stars because of the purchase experience and Andrew fixing the loose ends in the end.

What a great experience from the moment I walked through the stores doors until I left. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions I had. The staff did not make me feel rushed and were very happy to assist me. I will say the selection of glasses were superb 👌. And the staff helped me pick out the pair that looked and felt good on me. It was great to be able to schedule my eye exam on line easily, and being able to get my prescription and pick out the pair of glasses all at the same time is the best.

I've tried Warby Parker at home but never purchased. The online experience is good, but I do better with more variety and don't want to spend weeks picking out glasses. I tried out a local store and bought 2 pairs. These were far more cost effective than frames at my eye doctors office. The selection is good. The store is staffed well, but was busy the day of my visit. It was difficult to talk to a staff as they were with multiple other customers when I arrived. Once the store died down a bit, it was much easier to understand how to proceed once frames were picked out. Staff were helpful and cheerful. My insurance is not carried - which I knew going in. I have a flexible spending account but no card - awaiting approval for reimbursement currently, but the process so far is easy - I had an email before I even left the store.

Came in to make a glasses exchange. Was treated with zero respect by the store manager who made a return when I was on the phone searching for the promo code I used. She was incredibly unclear and when I voiced my concern that she had fully made the return without clarity on what she was doing, she began speaking condescendingly to me. She dismissed me and told me to get on the phone with customer service. I was left feeling very unwelcome and embarrassed. The other workers there were so kind in helping me after this experience with the store manager. Customer Service was also confused on why a return was made when a promo code was used, because it could have been transferred in the event of an exchange. I would opt to going to Natick location from now on.

I love Warby Parker. The staff is absolutely amazing and patient. Doctor Tran is very thorough and ensures that your contacts are the right before finalizing any prescriptions. I have several pair of glasses and the lenses have yet to scratch and the frame have held up well. Not to mention how affordable the glasses are for the quality. 10/10 would recommend
