Warby Parker - Victoria Gardens

I love Warby Parker. I was able to buy two pairs of prescription glasses and a pair of sunglasses for less cost than the optometrist wanted to charge me for lenses alone. I love the styles and I had a great time in the store. The sales associate Roger was a big influence in helping me and I really appreciated his feedback and he did a great job explaining my benefits and helping me choose styles.

I recently visited Warby Parker in Victoria Gardens and had a phenomenal experience. Scheduling an eye appointment on their website was super simple and easy, making the process very convenient. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted, setting a positive tone right away. The staff here were amazing and attentive, making me feel exceptionally well taken care of throughout my visit. The optometrist, Brian, was particularly impressive. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns with outstanding knowledge and professionalism. I've never been treated so well and felt so comfortable in an optometrist's office before. In addition to the excellent service, I also ordered my glasses from Warby Parker. The prices were very affordable, adding to the overall great experience. Overall, my visit to Warby Parker in Victoria Gardens was exceptional. From the ease of making an appointment to the warm greeting, attentive staff, and knowledgeable optometrist, every aspect of my visit was outstanding. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of eye care or new glasses.

Purchasing a new pair of glasses is incredibly important and stressful. I've been wearing warby parker for a while and have always enjoyed the purchasing process from the comfort of my home (you could borrow up to 5 pairs at a time). Going into the shop was so much fun. First you have all the frame on hand and the team was very kind, honest and helpful. It matters. You wear your glasses everyday, you want to be able to see, feel comfortable and feel that you look nice in your frames. Great experience

I had a fabulous experience at Warby Parker! The two associates that helped me were kind, thoughtful and patient in picking out my perfect pair of prescription glasses. They provided guidance and reassurance as I tried on several pairs and eventually narrowing down to 2 pairs. I was indecisive and so they explained the pros and cons of both frames and I ultimately went with the pair that I felt comfortable in / met my needs. I will absolutely be coming back to Warby Parker and I can’t wait to spread the word to friends and family!
