Warby Parker - Waverly

Great experience! The ophthalmologist was very knowledgeable and she explained everything. The optician who helped me pick out glasses was very accommodating and helped me choose the right pair.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Warby Parker today. I scheduled my eye exam a full year in advance. I planned around the appointment, took time off work, and drove to the store, only to be told when I arrived that I didn’t actually have an appointment because what I had scheduled was a “pre-book.” A pre-book? What exactly is the purpose of allowing a customer to schedule an appointment a year in advance if that appointment isn’t actually going to be honored? At no point did I understand that I needed to take some additional step to turn my “pre-book” into a real appointment. From my perspective, I selected a date and time and reasonably believed I had scheduled an eye exam. I arranged my workday accordingly and showed up when I was supposed to. Instead, Warby Parker wasted my time, my PTO, and a trip to the store because of an internal scheduling distinction that means absolutely nothing to a customer. If a “pre-book” is not an actual appointment, do not present it to customers as though they have scheduled one. And if additional confirmation is required, communicate that clearly and proactively well before someone takes time off work and drives to your location. This was an incredibly frustrating customer experience and a completely avoidable one.

I had such a great experience at Warby Parker! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and honest throughout the whole process. I loved how easy they made it to get glasses ordered right there in the store, and there were so many stylish frames to choose from, and super affordable! It was especially helpful having someone give honest feedback about which frames actually looked good on me (I believe her name started with an A) that personal touch made the experience so much better and made me more confident in my purchase! Dr. Dobbs was wonderful as well! Professional, thorough, and very personable. Overall, an easy, enjoyable experience with amazing customer service with easy and updated testing. Highly recommend! Also, no eye puffs and the blue light lenses do NOT turn your lenses blue!!!

Gosh, they are just so consistently great. This was my second purchase from WP, although my first from this location. Lily was super helpful, kind, informative, etc., etc. She made the purchase enjoyable and easy. And when I decided to add a second pair the next day, she called me to place the order over the phone. Also, their prices are very reasonable and competitive. They just get it! Thank you, Lily and all the folks who create the WP experience.

So much better than the other major retailers like Americas Best. They actually take there time with you to make sure you have the right prescription. I made 5 trips to AB and they still couldn't get it right. But Warby Parker got it right the first time. Thank you for the great experience, my family and I will always come back.
