Not really happy with my experience here. If I could finish my contact check appt somewhere else I would. When I first made my appointment I asked if they could use my eye doctor exam from one week before for my contacts. As I have no insurance and my previous exam was free for me at Hunter health. They said no problem and it would be $65 for the contact fitting. I was shocked when they told me it was $175 and I asked why and they said it was bc I was a new patient. I said the lady told me it was $65 to use my previous and they said oh she’s new she just got it wrong, you needed a new exam, and I guess reading one line of the text counts as a $100 exam. Like okay… I called 20 places to get quotes for a reason… Then they have rescheduled my appointment so many times and said they can finally get me in end of June. I responded slightly annoyed and now, surprise I have an appointment in 2 weeks! Their lack of organization for an office is astounding. The man at the front desk feigned being surprised. The glasses tech ladies were the nicest part of the whole experience. But it all feels like more of a hassle. Kind of wish I’d never gone in the first place. Update: Ely and Dr. Nguyen are so kind. They’ve answered and responded to all my questions and concerns, and the ball is rolling in a positive direction now.

I will never recommend this place. I had an eye appt & needed dialation, due to work resceduled the dialation 2 wks later, came back & dr Hidebrand turned it into ANOTHER EYE APPT by doing a FAKE partial exam (having me read 1 line of the chart only so i could be charged again), drops were put in my eyes, but eyes were not dialated at all. Was not told what the drops were. Hildebrand is arrogant & said they just put drops in so they can say they did for ins. The clown at the front desk told me i get a WHOPPING DISCOUNT of $50 some dollars, charging me$161 out of pocket (another exam price). I have ins but that was a 2nd exam charge. The Dr is FRAUD, not explaining to me there would be charges, so i could decide not to do it. I did not need sunglasses as eyes were not dialated. TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!! DO NOT GO THERE.

Great associates, they show so much care for their patients. The compassion they showed was overwhelming. The level of service was very appreciated along with the quality products they offer.

Great place to get your eyeballs checked. I haven’t had mine done in ages so finally got in. Grene vision was the original place from my insurance but they kept canceling mine, all the way to 6 month out… guess there were other more important clients. Anyhoo, I’m glad they did as I found this place. Great and courteous reception, on time, and thorough with exams. Finally got my glasses I knew I would need and they also found higher pressure in the eyes which was taken seriously instead of blowing it off until it’s serious.

Rush through patients to get maximum money from insurances. Not what I was looking for in an eye dr’s office.
