I never write reviews - but I was so impressed with my visit and my visit with Dr. Adam Kropf that I had to write one. He is one of the kindest and most knowledgeable Dr.’s I have ever met. Very impressed ! We were in for an emergency but we will for sure be back in for our eye exams and glasses/contacts. And I will definitely recommend Wilton Family Eye Care to my friends in town.
By far the best eye care practice I’ve been. I’ve worn glasses for nearsightedness and astigmatism since high school, and it has been difficult to find an eye doctor who performs such a thorough exam. Dr. Kropf examined both my vision and provided contact lens prescription, and also gave my 4-year-old son a very thorough eye exam. He is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He patiently explained all of his observations and recommendations in detail, and never pushed us to purchase anything unnecessary. Highly recommend this place for both adults and children. Great eye care place for the entire family. They accept VSP insurance.
Been going to Wilton Family Eye Care since it's prior location and they have always given me the highest care and respect. The new generation of doctors and staff are beginning to take the helm here and it looks like the future will be even better. Easy parking. Brand new astetic and decor as the office itself is fairly brand new. Top of the line equipment, with an efficient front desk that rarely ever keeps you waiting.
I have so enjoyed my experience with Wilton Family Eye Care, and specifically with Dr. Adam Kropf, that I felt I need to post a review! Dr. Kropf is just fantastic: patient, engaging so knowledgeable, and the way he shares what he’s examining for and why just makes you feel like he’s there not only provide you with a service but with an education as well. Even though I knew it wasn’t the case, I sure felt like I was the most important appointment he had on the days I visited. This is just a fantastic place all around and I highly recommend it.
Last week, I had my second annual vision checkup with Dr. Kropf. He's the best eye doctor I've ever visited. He knows his stuff, he's up on all the latest tech, and I feel like he really listens and takes the time to answer questions. I would recommend Dr. Kropf without reservation to anyone looking for a new eye doctor. The office staff is nice as well. Wilton Family Eye Care is a sharp contrast to the eye doctor I saw previously, who was in a large practice and was clearly under a lot of pressure to achieve some very aggressive productivity goals.
