I had such a great experience here! My daughter accidentally popped the lens out of my glasses and even lost a screw, so I thought they might be beyond repair. But the technician fixed them quickly and professionally, and even cleaned them—now they look like new again! The service here is truly outstanding. Everyone was kind, efficient, and very helpful. I’m so grateful for how smoothly everything was handled. I will definitely come back here for any future eyewear needs. And to top it all off, I even saw a little squirrel “dancing” outside the store when I left—so adorable! 🐿️ Highly recommend this place!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! This was my first time getting glasses and I had lots of questions. The staff there, especially Gio, were very helpful and eager to answer them all. I managed to get a great deal for my eye exam and my first pair of glasses. I am beyond satisfied with the whole experience and highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Woodbury Family Optometry. My husband and I have been going there for our glasses and contact lens for the last 5 1/2 years and we’ve had a positive experience every time. My husband had a hard time getting contact lens to work for him, but the doctor was patient and made it all work.. Whenever my glasses don’t fit right, I’d take them in and they took care of the problem the same day. Jeremey is extremely thorough, patient, helpful, and kind…as is the receptionist. They are located conveniently next to Ralph’s grocery store in Irvine.

I been a patient of Dr Ken for over 4 years since this review. The staff are always helpful! Starting from setting up the appointment via phone to picking up contacts and glasses on site. When it comes to purchasing frames, I like the fact they are not pushy and want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Its been over a year and I am very satisfied with my Tom Ford frames. Dr Ken is professional, patient, and explains everything thoroughly especially when it comes to the retinal photography scan analysis.
