I had such a great experience at Wright Vision Care and I truly felt compelled to share how positive my first visit was. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff were kind, patient, and professional. The two staff members who assisted me were especially friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They made the check-in process smooth and easy, and their kindness immediately helped me feel comfortable. I am especially thankful for Dr. Wright and her honesty. She took the time to explain everything about my eye health in a clear and caring way. I truly appreciated how straightforward and genuine she was. It made me feel like I was receiving care from someone who truly cares about her patients and their vision. I will also say that I had read a few past reviews before coming, but my experience was the complete opposite of anything negative. The two staff members who helped me were kind and welcoming, and I did not feel any negativity or mean-spirited behavior at all. I hadn’t had an eye exam in two years until today, and I am so glad I chose Wright Vision Care. The office was clean, calm, and very professional, and the whole experience put me at ease. It also means a lot to me to support a Black woman–owned optometry practice, and I’m grateful to have found such a caring place for my eye care. I highly recommend Wright Vision Care to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and welcoming eye doctor. I truly had a great first experience and look forward to coming back. 😊👓✨
