Accuvision Eye Care

I waited for 45 minutes. Also the doc was wearing heavy cologne and fragrance gives me headaches so that was great. Also he did a ton less of an exam than my long-time doc from my home state. We'll see if I can see well out of the glasses. Will update.

Dr. Paul Luttrell was absolutely amazing. He was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly during my eye exam. Destiny, the technician, was phenomenal and made the entire experience comfortable and smooth. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. The level of care and attention I received from Destiny was outstanding. I purchased two pairs of glasses and I absolutely love them, my new Prada and Jimmy Choo frames are perfect. I highly recommend this office.

Not a very organized place I scheduled an Eye exam for 1:45 PM I was not seeing until 2:15 PM. This is unfair to the consumer as people have things to do so they do schedule their appointments For a reason at a certain time. I also want to point out that I have been getting eye exams for over 20 years now annually because my employer pays for them and this was the quickest eye exam I have ever had. I know technology changes so apparently AccuVISION or whoever this company is LensCrafters has new technology where you just look at the screen for five minutes and you’re done so why was my appointment a half an hour late if I only spent five minutes in the chair, they should be pushing people out of there in no time at all I should’ve never had a late appointment.

Holly was extremely helpful in the entire process. The staff and doctors from the time you walk in to the time you leave are friendly, knowledgeable, and make the entire experience a positive one.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The receptionist was pleasant, friendly and very professional. The technician did a great job and was very personable. Dr. Banawoe was incredibly thorough and informative. I’m hoping to schedule with him in the future. Fantastic service.
