Vision Center of Lake Norman

Five stars all day. I came in needing my vision checked and Dr. Monson was outstanding. Thorough, straight with me, and made the whole exam easy. The front desk team was just as good, super pleasant and genuinely helpful from the second I walked in. You can tell this place actually cares about people, not just patients. If you are anywhere around Lake Norman and need an eye doctor, this is the spot. Highly recommend.

When you move to a new city, it’s challenging to find the care you may have been used to elsewhere. Well today The Vision Center of Lake Norman set the bar even higher and I hope I never have to move again! Easy to make the appointment and kind caring staff throughout the process. I was able to get my questions answered, felt listened to with each step explained in an easy to understand manner. Highly recommend for all your eye care. I’m excited to get my new glasses 👓!

Very happy with Vision Center of Lake Norman! Dr.Cole is the absolute best! Always so professional and thorough! The girls at the desk were very understanding when I had to reschedule, twice! Will definitely be SEEING me again!

Everyone here was amazing! I needed a new eye doctor and they accepted my insurance. Dr. Cole and the entire staff took care of me so well, answered all my questions, and I left there feeling like I was a part of their family.
