Angela in optical is amazing! It could've easily turned into a frustrating situation for both her and I, but she was in total control. She couldn't get my plan to pull up using my info and instead of giving up or sending us away to sort it out ourselves, she picked up the phone and called my insurance company to verify my vision benefits. She knocked it out of the park customer service wise!

genuinely horrible you can not get them on the phone every time i call no one answers and i call during their open hours i would not recommend
