America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had an amazing experience with America’s Best Eye Care thanks to Ms. Kelly! I actually met her earlier in the day while I was working drive-through at my job. She noticed my glasses were broken and kindly offered her help, even taking the time to write down her information for me. Later that evening, I decided to stop by the store, and Ms. Kelly immediately recognized me and sat me down right away. She truly went above and beyond trying to fix my glasses, showing so much care and professionalism throughout the whole process. Even though my original pair couldn’t be repaired, she made sure I didn’t leave empty-handed—I walked out with brand new frames and even scheduled an eye appointment! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Ms. Kelly’s kindness, attentiveness, and dedication! This is exactly the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Highly recommend America’s Best Eye Care!

I’m a patient/client at America’s Best and today I came in to fix my glasses. Kelly was the employee that helped me. As someone who has worked in customer service roles for years I can tell that Kelly really cares about her work and the people that come in. She has excellent customer service skills and a great attitude. Thank you Kelly!

I thought one of my glasses was lost in transit at another American best in charlotte. They were supposed to ship glasses to the Morrisville store (#5307). So the charlotte store said call Morrisville see if they have the other pair they didn't but the manager at Morrisville personally picked up the pair they had in charlotte and brought it to the store personally. I'm not sure her name but that was above and beyound. Then Kelly the licensed optician call me and said they have one pair I can pick it up or I can wait til they get the second pair and pick both up. I chose to wait. What I didn't expect was for kelly to call me the next day and tell me she was at the charlotte store and she found my other pair there and will also personally bring them to the Morrisville store and I can pick them up Saturday which was only a 3 day wait. They were so kind and I appreciate what they did. Customer service was A-1. And when I went to store every there was so kind. I recommend them to anyone that needs glasses.

They canceled my appointment less than an hour before the scheduled time while I was already driving from work to the office. They rescheduled me for the following week, but after I arrived and waited for over an hour, I was told I couldn’t see the eye doctor because their system was going offline. The entire experience was frustrating and a waste of time. I would not recommend this location if you value reliable scheduling and customer service.

Just disappointed. I was lied too by the employee who answered the phone today. Me and my sister had appointments. She cancelled her appt. So I could take her appt time (earlier time) the lady flat out lied and said no cancellations. And proceeded to try and give me Monday times. She simply didn’t want too add anymore exam appointments. I really like the older employee she’s a sweet lady. And helps as much as possible. Never bad experience. Today, whoever picked up that phone. Get another job !
