The doctor was fantastic. Fast but thorough, answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable. The location left a lot to be desired. Lots of space for browsing glasses in the front but nearly none of individuals waiting on appointments. Felt like 8 of us were packed into a closet in the back with not enough seats. My fault for making a 5pm appointment and assuming it wouldn't be too busy I guess.
Best exam experience I've had for a complete yearly/prescription update! Really like that this office uses a machine that can do retinal imaging without the liquid drops. Professional and clean environment/staff, and the doctor is attentive to my specific concerns.

My spouse and I went for an eye exam, and we both had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole process was smooth and well organized. The doctor explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit.
From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was warm and welcoming. The whole staff was fantastic and specially Ms Lynn who was very helpful at helping me to solve my situation until I got my glasses perfect . The entire experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely caring. I'll definitely be returning for my annual next year!
