Dr. Swain and Audrie were both very nice and made my visit easy and pleasant. Everything was clean and organized, and the appointment was quick and efficient. I felt as though the exam was thorough and I am happy with my prescription. I was also able to get an appointment next-day, which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend!
My daughter had an excellent experience. From walking into the door the lady at the front was super nice & helpful. The eye doctor herself was exceptional. We will definitely will be returning.
Had a great experience. Audrie was very helpful and pleasant. Appointment was at 2pm was in and out in less than 45 min. Doctor was very informative explaining things very clearly.
The only downside to this place is they rotate doctors. So if you find one you like you have to figure out what day is they're there. For me it's Dr Wong, I just think he's very experienced skillful and he takes time to listen. I really appreciate the fact they do walk-ins on Saturdays they are not open every Saturday but I was recently able to show up at 9:00 a.m. and I was seen by the doc by 9:45 I've waited longer at other places when I actually had a scheduled appointment.
Oh my goodness! All I can say is, the staff at the Vision Center were fabulous. Attentive, caring making sure that I got the best experience ever. I am so happy that Audrey suggested that I come in to see the doctor. He was amazing. Explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I was very impressed with my entire visit!!!❤️👍
