I had a great experience at Advanced Vision with Dr. Sievers and his staff. Dr. Sievers recommended that I pursue cataract surgery after an eye exam, and afterwards he oversaw my recovery and eye care. I trusted his care because he answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and treated me professionally and respectfully. He and his staff were very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Dr. Sievers and Advanced Vision.

This place has never been the same after Dr. Jalali left. And with my high prescription, I have not been able to find an eye doctor to meet my current needs. Believe me, I have tried. I have been wearing contacts since I was 10 years old. I know more about my eyes than most. The current eye doctor is wonderful. The staff is kind. But the office is poorly run. I have received multiple emails for appointments I didn't make. I have been waiting on trial contacts for over two weeks. I went to pick them a week and half ago ago when I received an email they were in. No one in the office knew anything about it. So, they said they would get them ordered. Well, I still don't have them and now will run out of my very high prescription contacts before my new ones will come in. I have called to speak to someone, but they never answer the phone. Glasses do not work for me. I will be unable to work or drive without my contacts.

I returned multiple times trying to get my prescription corrected with 3 lens changes, but ultimately was told nothing else could be done despite continued vision issues. I was disappointed with the lack of further troubleshooting or follow-up and ultimately my insurance company sent me to another provider.

Wonderful service, peaceful environment and excellent team. Highly recommend going to Advanced Vision. Dr. Seavers and the rest of the staff provided excellent care to me and my children.

So disappointed. My first experience with Advanced Vision was great and I was happy to return for an exam a year later. After the exam, I picked out and ordered a new pair of glasses. I was told they would be ready in about two weeks. After a month went by with no word, I called and was told there was a problem with the credit card reader or something that day and the order never went through. They were sorry they forgot to let me know. They would place the order right then and try to put a rush on it. Okay--mistakes happen. Over the next six weeks I called a least a half dozen times to find out where my glasses were. I could see my card had indeed been charged the second time I tried to order. Each time I called, if I even got to speak to someone, I got a different answer. First, that the order was with the lab and should be ready in a few days; then that there was actually a hold up with my insurance but they were definitely coming soon; then that they should be on the truck that day (12/18) and the office would call me as soon the carrier arrived. Today (12/30), with no glasses and no updates from Advanced Vision, I called again and was told they were still at the lab but should arrive on 1/1. I asked the receptionist if she could confirm that because I was skeptical based on the last time I had called. She assured me the optician would call me back with an update as soon as he finished up with another customer. The call never came, so I left work early today so I could go to the office in person and find out what was going on. The receptionist didn't have any more information. The optician was already gone for the day. The receptionist kindly called the optician for me and all he could say was that he called the lab and they hadn't called him back. I finally asked for a refund. I am appalled by the lack of courtesy, professionalism, and communication the Advanced Vision team has shown. It's been two and a half months since I tried to order my glasses. It's been six weeks since they were actually ordered. Advanced Vision has not been proactive or communicative with me in the least about whatever is going on here. I've wasted a ton of time trying to get this sorted out. I am frustrated and disappointed and I have little faith I will receive my refund any sooner--or with less effort--than my glasses. Edit 1/9/26: still no glasses, still no refund
