America's Best

My wife and I recently had occasion to update our prescription glasses and having previously purchased our prior glasses from Mario Nuñez there was absolutely no doubt in our minds that we weren’t going anywhere else for this purchase as well. Mario has since deservedly been promoted to management and has assembled an impressive sales team which includes Brandon and Evelyn who Mario personally assigned to care for our specific needs for this purchase. Evelyn was truly remarkable in her professionalism and the painstaking attention to detail that she displayed to the selection of our eyeglasses. I can’t recommend Mario and his superb staff highly enough for all your eye care needs 👓 😎

Went to Americas Best for my annual check up and it was the easiest experience with glasses. I personally like having time to try things on myself, which I did since I arrived a bit ahead of my appointment. The doctor was very kind and made sure all my needs were met. Then I met with my salesperson Mario who was very kind with helping me select the best value frames and the lenses that fit my lifestyle. Very informative and helpful. He even cleaned my current glasses! Kind staff and quick service. I will definitely be returning next year.

So I just moved back to Miami. Got contacts on the way already but needed an emergency trial contact lenses while I wait. Even though I didn’t purchase the contacts from this America’s best location. I will hands down be back for contacts from here next time I need some as well as eye exams only at this location. From being a customer of Americas best for over a decade I can tell you the way Mario treated me so kindly and helped me as well as the sweet lady in the front desk by far best customer experience from the many locations I’ve been to since being a customer and member of Americas best. I truly recommend everyone to go to this location and only this location for all your needs when it comes to eye care you won’t regret it! If I can give 10 stars I would!

I really enjoyed my experience here the other day. Dr. Carlota Dickinson Aviles, D.O was amazing. She was very patient with me, and educated me on my vision. She answered all of my questions and had a very good attitude. I also had an extremely good experience with Evelyn Carames, LDO. She was personable, easy to talk to, and really good at her job. I appreciated the help they provided to me while I was there. Especially being from out of state and just recently moving to this area.

The best place to do prescription eyeglasses. Very professional customer service. Thanks to all the staff, Thank you Evelyn Carames, you did help me a lot! I strongly recommend America’s Best in Flagler St.
