Good price for 2 glasses + free eye exam. Some of the people are nice but some of the doctors are not as much. I decided to get contacts and the doctor doing my exam was doing it so fast that I was getting annoyed. She wouldnt even give me a second to let the picture adjust to my eye before flipping to the next picture. When she would ask me if the very blurry picture is clearer than the blurry picture It just confused me even more. I paid $250 for glasses and contacts that arent even my perscription, and when she asked if I could see when and I said a little bit, she said "ok thats good." Shouldnt I be seeing clearly rather than a little bit? Ive had glasses since I was born so I know my way around it and I also know that they shouldnt rush you like that. Now for my next pair of contacts, I have to pay again for perscriptions that actually match my eye. Overall, ok place for ok price.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My visit to America’s Best was outstanding! Mariana helped me during my visit, and she and the entire staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. I came in to have my glasses adjusted, and they took great care of me and got me in and out quickly. I really appreciated how welcoming and professional everyone was. I would highly recommend this optometry office to anyone looking for great service and a friendly staff! 👓✨
Let me start by saying that I paid $479 for just lenses. I owned my own frames dropped off my glasses. They were supposed to have done all these different types of services for the lenses. One of them being sunglasses and that are supposed to be behind the windshield which they never did. I informed them and they told me to drop my glasses back off again and I told him I need my glasses to just have the lenses made and I’ll come back in and pop them in no problem but now they need my glasses back again. I choose not to have them do it and get a hold of my insurance company and have them deduct the services that were not performed. I would stay clear this place simple operations are not performed. Just read through all the reviews.
I’ve had a good experience at this place over the past couple of years. The optometrist is kind, knowledgeable, and very understanding, which I really appreciate. However, I recently ran into an issue with my contact lens order. There was a mistake on their end, and I wasn’t informed about it until I came in to pick them up. While I understand that mistakes happen, the situation could have been handled much better. Daisy, who I believe is the manager, was quite rude during the process. I had to wait while they fixed the issue, and her attitude made it seem like it was somehow my fault. She was also speaking harshly to other employees, which was uncomfortable to witness. Good customer service is especially important in situations like this, and as a manager, I would expect a higher level of professionalism and respect toward both customers and staff.
Very disappointed with my experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. The customer service was terrible and the whole process felt rushed and unprofessional. The staff seemed annoyed when I asked questions and no one took the time to make sure things were actually correct. The biggest problem is that my prescription was clearly messed up. The contacts they gave me do not work properly at all and my vision is still blurry when I wear them. It feels like no one double-checked the prescription before handing them over. When you’re dealing with someone’s eyesight, that kind of mistake is unacceptable. I paid for contacts that I can’t even use, and now I have to deal with fixing their mistake. Between the horrible service and the incorrect prescription, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I definitely would not recommend this location.
