I had an incredible experience here today getting my eye exam and prescription set up. It was my first time in any America's Best. Every single employee was amazing, and I felt very comfortable the entire time that I was here. The four people who assisted me today were, and I hope I got their names correct, Tyson, Brittany, Dr. Chen, and Marlene. They were all patient, professional, knowledgeable, kind, and warm. I will absolutely come back here again; everyone here totally deserves all five stars.

Everyone that helped me with my appointment at Marina’s location was very friendly and very helpful. I’m very happy with my new glasses and will definitely return next time I need eye care. Only complaint I have is that, I’d be nice if they had music in the office because it was very quiet and you could hear other customers conversations. Thanks!!!!
I came in for contact lenses. We tried 3 different times to fit them in my eyes. I was having a issue with doing that. That's on me. However during those 3 times that I came in I was told that I could transfer the money to getting glasses . I said I needed to get the rest of the money to do that. I finally was able to do that and now they said they are not going to do that for me.... Lost a customer and plenty of more.
Awful! First of all, they cancelled my appointment twice. Both times they cancelled it they told me I was not able to reschedule. I finally got in there and the tech was incredibly rude and condescending . They told me they would text me in about 2 weeks when my glasses were ready. I called 3 weeks later and the lady who answered the phone said rudely “they’ve been here” I asked her why they didn’t text me and she said “we don’t do that”(which is BS). When I brought my glasses home, I knew something was wrong. I could not see at all. I wore them for a few days, but I still could not see. I went in about a week later and told them my issue. The manager looked at my glasses, handed them back to me, and said “the prescription is correct” while glaring at me. She told me it would take up to a month to get used to the prescription, which is a load of crap. I waited 3 more weeks and went in again. I requested another eye exam because I KNEW the prescription was incorrect. Long story short, I went to another location and the doctor there did confirm that the prescription was incorrect. I am appalled at this location, not only for their terrible customer service but the doctor there seems unable to perform her job correctly.
This store keeps your PII information and last eye exam results without customers' consent. I had eye exams back in the year 2022 at another place, specifically at Del Monte Center. After my glasses became old, I thought of re-ordering the lenses only and called them using my cell phone number. The person who answered my call suddenly asked me to take an eye exam again and mentioned that my previous one had expired. I asked how they knew my cell phone number and exam results. She continuously insisted that I take an eye exam; otherwise, they couldn't replace the lenses. I formally requested them to remove my information and cellphone number from their system. This is shocking and a serious privacy concern because the eyeglass store keeps a person's cell phone number and even their last eye exam date, refusing to take an order if the exam wasn't conducted by them, and also mentioning its expiration. I didn't like their exam. As far as I know, I went to a different place to take my eye exam. If they continue to keep my information without my consent, I told them I would sue them for privacy concerns.
