Absolutely the worst experience I've had. It started out with the initial visit. I went in with a prescription from my eye Dr. that I received earlier that day. Everything started well enough, the gal that was helping me was struggling some, computer issues, insurance issues, then she asked for help from the supervisor, who was about as rude and condescending as I've seen with customers present, highly unprofessional. And she knew it,she came over and gave me some free products "for my inconvenience". So after about an hour and fourth five minutes, I got my order placed and paid my money. A week passes, I get a text that my glass have arrived, as soon as the glasses were shown to my, I knew there was a problem. The first pair were not style or color I picked out, I tried them on & i was unable to see a thing even through the bifocal part, the tech said that they may take some getting used to, I abruptly stopped him and told him that I'd worn glasses for fifty years, and they were no where close. So I tried on the second pair, with the same results, bad prescription. So the tech checked my prescription against the glasses, not even close, they said the could reorder with the proper frame and prescription. Now it's three days later, and I get a call from the supervisor, she informed that the prescription was written by an ophthalmologist, and could not be read by there optometrist. Now that seem like a load of crap! Especially since there tech was the one who entered the prescription into the computer. I have since talked to three other eye care professionals, and have confirmed what I thought, the supervisor is one full of crap. The prescription is the same no matter who wrote it. Needless to say I canceled my order. I would not recommend America's Best Glasses in Bend to anyone.

This location is such a headache. Dr. Yakamoto gave me trial pairs of contact lenses in two different strengths as my prescription is between the two. I decided on the lower strength, however, she never put in my file that she gave me the lower strength so I was unable to order them. I requested a follow up appointment and the office manager, Kady, cancelled it saying that I would need to pay for a new appointment even though it was their mistake. Kady is a rude nightmare to deal with. I went to a different America’s Best location and was able to do a free follow up and get the contacts I needed which showed that it was just this location with the problem. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

I had a great experience at America’s Best, especially thanks to Patients. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Customer service like hers really makes a difference. I truly appreciate her help and would definitely recommend this location because of her.

The branch in Bend, Oregon is horrible. They gave us the personal info of another customer. Gave my husband's glasses to somebody else. We're very rude to us. We contacted the district manager. He was easier to deal with and had the glasses delivered to us. We will never go to any of their stores again.

Been coming here for 5 years now and every time is a good experience. Today was no different. Staff are all very helpful and nice. Easy to deal with and just an overall friendly atmosphere. Today Holly checked me out and was very nice 😊.
