This is the best America's Best I've ever gone to. The experience with interacting with the employees and even helping me with which pair of glasses suit me. Truly outstanding service. I'd like to mention how your employee Ashley had amazing customer service and was very kind. 10/10 will come back again.
I had a fast and great experience. Cynthia was very great and had so much patience helping me pick out a frame that i liked. Very nice and professional! Definitely ask for her if you are looking to get some help!
Bought 2 pairs of expensive specs and neither was on sale plus paid additional for necessary adjustments for each. No problem but when picking up, I inquired about the cleaning cloth usually given with any purchase everywhere else and they said it's sold separately. Wait, what?! How are we nickeling and dimeing on the necessities to maintain what I just paid top dollars for?! I'll buy it from somewhere else before I buy it where it should've been included and just for that, I'll never go back.
On Friday , February 13 2026 I went to American best located on 2223, South Buckner Blvd upon arriving at American Best I was treated very well by everybody there. After getting my eye exam I was attended by Bianca and Cynthia two of the nicest young ladies, I have met in a while. They were kind and patient with me and walked me thru the different options I had once we went through my options. I realized if I wanted to get the anti.scratch and the insurance on my glasses. I could only afford 1 and honestly I was just gonna get the one pair and then cynthia said , don't worry about it , I will cover the difference , which was $ 70.00 of course , like any normal person , I was like , no , it's okay but she insisted and I am very grateful. So not only do I want to say thank you to Cynthia , but also to everybody who was kind and patient with me that day whoever said that friday , the 13 was bad luck is wrong!!!!
