My family and I were regular patients and happy with Dr. Holmberg but were extremely unhappy with how issues were addressed by Dr. Patel and the opticians. Their approach is very dismissive and argumentative rather than focused on making things right and patient satisfaction, until it’s further escalated. It’s very clear this office is more concerned with profit than genuine care for their patients. We spent a lot here annually and got expensive frames and all the add-ons, but have since taken our business elsewhere. As a small practice, please do better.

Kind and efficient Staff. Very Clean Office and the Optical Department is impressive with many selections. Sam was kind and knowledgeable. They use Zeiss for their Lab and the Fitting uses Zeiss Equipment which is rated as one of The Best for and Rx Accuracy. My Optician Doctor was Excellent.

I love this place! The staff is always friendly and efficient, appointments are easy to get, and Dr. Holmberg is by far my favorite eye doctor ive ever had! He's thorough and gets my prescription perfect. I've been a patient now for several years and everytime I come in its like I was there yesterday. Hes always reassuring and very personable. You feel so comfortable in his care. I work for the medical board and he's the EXACT kind of doctor we love to see!

Dr Holmberg and his staff (front staff, technicians, sales reps, etc.) are wonderful. The office is clean, organized and equiped with advanced diagnostic and specialty equipment (VEP, ERG). I especially appreciate the time and attention Dr Holmberg spends explaining test results. I feel confident under his care that my eye health is in good hands!

I visited the office for the first time in 2023 and was captivated by the excellent customer service. You feel the attention from the moment you walk in. I like that the office has many modern tests to detect visual acuity deviations and select the right lenses. During my annual checkups, the doctor Krister Holmberg was always very patient in identifying the cause of my vision problems. I can recommend the office to all my friends who need high-quality glasses for vision correction.
