Horrible experience. I asked at the receptionist desk every day for months if I owe money or a copay and was told no so I figured my insurance must be covering it because I only had 30 minute therapy sessions. Then one day I get a text from Peach tree that I owe $700. They never even sent any bill to my address on file. When I talked to the manager about it she said that they would not know my billing amount or balance at the receptionist desks. And that I should know what my insurance copays are.When I go to the dentist they tell me what I owe for the service and they send me a bill if insurance did not cover all of it. I would have never continued to go had I known I had to pay. Thirty minute sessions did not do anything for me snd my therapist was late almost every session. Terrible experience. I do not recommend it!
