Beautiful office. Very nice staff that greets you and is very helpful. I have never had a more thorough eye exam. They have modern equipment and they checked my eyes for everything eye related. I loved the doctor. He took time to explain what was going on with me. I loved the assortment of designer frames that they have. I have been looking for a good ophthalmologist for a while. I think I found a good one!

I had a great experience at Natomas Eyeworks Optometry. Scheduling was simple, and everything ran on time when I came in. Since it was my first time getting an eye exam here, they had me go through the full gamut of pre-exam tests first. That included things like the glaucoma check, eye scan, and peripheral vision test. Everything was smooth and well organized. After that, I had my exam with Dr. Chen. It was thorough and didn’t feel rushed, which I appreciated. He made sure everything was covered and explained things clearly along the way. I usually go through Kaiser for my exams, but with appointments booked out for a couple of months, I decided to come here instead. Glad I did. I’ve actually been here a number of times for frames, and Marco, as always, is great. He’s easy to work with, gives honest input, and never makes the process feel like a sales pitch. Overall, really solid experience. Professional, efficient, and a place I’d definitely continue coming back to.

The staff communicated clearly, and the doctor explained each stage of the exam in a way that felt informative rather than rushed. The equipment appeared modern, and the overall process reflected a well-managed healthcare environment.

Both the front desk attendants and the Optometrist were wonderful. Appointment was quick and easy. When I was browsing the frames, the man at the front desk was very helpful, even going to the back to find frames he thought I might like as I’m quite picky and indecisive. I had a very pleasant experience overall.

The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful people, always happy to provide whatever information you need in your search for new glasses! The doctors are also highly qualified and have been in their field for many years. All in all I have always had a great experience when I go there!
