I had an amazing experience today. I came in as a walk in, and she still took the time to thoroughly check my eyes and make sure everything was okay. She was patient, kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Dr Tran is great! She is very professional and I have complete faith with my eye health under her care. The annual eye exam is comprehensive and they provide you with retinal photos and notes of the visit. I like how they send out an annual reminder as well. This place is awesome!
I had a fantastic experience at Quad Optometry yesterday. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The doctor was knowledgeable, answered all my questions clearly, and made the whole exam easy. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great eye care team!
My appointment was easy and painless. I first received a reminder that it has been a year since my last exam. I called the number twice but they were busy so I booked online with Doctor Lee. They followed up with phone calls to make sure I make it in. I actually showed up early as I booked several medical appointments that day and it would be tight. The tech was gracious and informative. There was no openings but I was told I could wait to see if I get lucky. Fortunately they were able to squeeze me in early and completed my appointment in plenty of time to grab a bite before my next appointment in Davis. Doctor Lee was thorough and professional. Thank you for diagnosing my cataracts and glaucoma last year without which my eyesight would be much worse than it is today. Mahalo.
Great experience! I checked in and was seen quickly. They are going paperless so I signed in on an iPad. Had a quick eye scan done (optional) and was seen right after by Dr. Tran for my eye exam. She was very informative about the concerns of “eye rubbing”and was the first Dr to tell me about the sun exposure on my eyes. Staff was great as well. Would absolutely recommend coming here for eye exams :).
