Dr. Everett OD and his assistant gave me a thorough eye exam and history. They were paying attention to me and really listening, which all need as patients. My appointment was at his Farragut Office which easy to navigate with a quiet comfortable waiting room. I highly recommend Dr. Everett and his team.
My regular Ophthmalogist recently retired. And as a new patient, my first appointment with Ophthmalogist Dr. Johnston, and the entire staff went great. They answered all my questions. Was easily guided thru every process of of exam and noting my issues, all staff was very professional and knowledgeable. So glad to have found Dr. Johnston. 👍
Fr Everett is very good. Patient focused and persistent in making sure correct care is given. Dr Cole helped guide me through some retinal issues ending in positive results. I’ve been going to CCTH for a dozen years or more. Great eye health care facilities
Dr. McMillan and his incredible staff were so amazing today. The atmosphere at the surgery center in Knoxville was exceptionally warm and professional! Dr. McMillian’s bedside manner was perfect. He is extremely knowledgeable and direct. His instructions concerning the procedure were excellent. Please, please request Dr. McMullan if you need cataract surgery. He is a truly gifted surgeon!!
The location is well lit, clean, organized, and seems in good repair. The staff are friendly and made my mom feel comfortable. Easy to find, glad they have an elevator. My mom was nervous to change from her old doctor since her insurance changed, but we're glad we found CCTH. she looks forward to going back to order her new glasses.
