The team at the Shevlin Park location is just so awesome ! I was having a hard day yesterday And went in for a routine exam. It was greeted with kindness right when I walked in the door, but what really impacted me was seeing the technician Jessica who was just so excited to see me and remembered who I was from past appointments. She asked about my family and just has a real genuine heart and love for the work that she does- it was super inspiring . Followed up with Dr. Decker who is just so passionate about her work and truly cares about her clients, thank you guys for being such a great team and taking care of my family in this way.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience this morning left me no choice. The technician who conducted my pre-exam was shockingly rude from the moment I walked in — raising her voice at me not to sit down, then repeatedly yelling at me during the exam itself. When the equipment kept pushing me away from the chin and head rest, I tried to explain what was happening. Her response: "That's not my problem, I can't do anything about it." When it came time to check my blood pressure, I held up my hand and she snapped at me again, demanding my wrist. Not once did she speak to me with basic human decency. I have never been treated this way in any medical setting. To make matters worse, the $300 glasses I purchased previously have done nothing to help my vision. I'd strongly encourage anyone considering this office to look elsewhere. There are plenty of providers who will treat you with respect.

Marlys and the rest of the staff at Central Oregon Eyecare are wonderful to work with. Professional and pleasant staff as well as taking great care of their customers.

Best service ever! They gave me lots of contact trials to get the prescription just right, and even fixed my sunglasses frame at no charge!

Been going to Ace real Oregon Eyecare for 10 years now. These guys are great! Very helpful and accommodating! Never once have I eve me had a problem and they always go above and beyond every year. Also, the eye scans/photos are pretty sweet!
