Visionworks Doctors of Optometry

Everyone I ran into was welcoming and had good customer service! Had a problem with my insurance, and the front desk staff quickly remedied the situation. The doctor was sweet, non intimidating. Introduced her self and shook my hand. Everyone had a positive attitude. Even the retail staff greeted me right away and helped me before and after my eye appointment. Other places had a 2-3 month wait, I got in the next day! Great experience! Highly recommend and would come back again!

Absolutely fantastic. All staff members were amazing, kind, judgemental free. Atmosphere was welcoming and personal. The doctor excellently guides the appointment, she was knowledgeable and compassionate as well. If I can give Vision works Bend 6/5 stars, I would.

This group of gals at Vision Works were absolutely amazing! From the front receptionist to the eye doctor all the way to the sales reps:) I am in sales so thank you for the experience and making me feel like a valued customer. I look forward to the next time.

The Dr and staff at Visionworks are some of the best I have ever been too..as a patient I was treated with respect and every question I had concerning my eyes was answered with out any doubt left.. The entire staff was so pleasant from the time I walked in the door until I left. I highly recommend them for your next exam and glasses.
