Have ordered from this Costco since they opened in 2022. ALWAYS receive great service. Today they were SUPER busy and Claire and Liz were great. Despite the number of people waiting they treated each customer with patience and respect. (It wasn't their fault it was so busy.) I get great eyewear at a great price, and the staff has been helpful on the rare occasions I need glasses adjusted etc. Highly recommend!

I recently visited the Verona Costco Vision Center and left feeling disappointed by the experience. When I arrived, the center was empty, yet I waited at the counter while the staff member on duty puttered about without acknowledging me. When she did come to the counter, her attitude was dismissive. I brought in a pair of Zenni frames I love (no longer in production) hoping to have new lenses made. While she did call the lab to ask, I was told they couldn't use the frames because they were considered over-the-counter. (Read: cheap) I understand that may be policy, but the way it was handled felt unnecessarily abrupt and unhelpful. Even if the outcome was going to be the same, the tone and approach could have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this interaction didn't reflect the level of service I usually expect from Costco.
