Dr Patel was amazing. She took time to explain the changes in my vision with my aging eyes and discuss options available to me. She is very knowledgeable, listens well and has excellent communication skills.

Dr Engdahl was incredible. Friendly. Knowledgeable. And wants the best for his patients. Also the staff was also friendly and knowledgeable. The extra care of the manager giving me a bag to hold my stuff and recycling my empty boxes was the cherry on top! I’ll be back! A year can’t come soon enough!

I had an amazing appointment from start to finish. Everyone in the store assisted with helping me pick out the perfect glasses. The whole team worked together together to assure l liked the glasses. Special shout out to Bonnie for her patience with me. I highly recommend Shopco in Verona for all of you and your families optical needs

One of the best experiences I’ve had at an optical center by far! I went in to Shopko Optical to look for some new frames, but I wasn’t sure on the style I wanted. Jyolsna and Bonnie were kind enough to help with the decision process and help me pick a set of frames that I’m in love with. I’m a very indecisive person, so you two are amazing! 🤩

Genuinely everyone at Shopko was so amazing. Everyone treated me so well. They explained the different labs and exams to me as I got them pointing out what everything means in the pictures. This was the best eye appointment I’ve ever had. I haven’t been to an eye doctor in a long time (5+ years) because I hate it so much and never had the insurance to cover it. Terrie and Jessica worked hard to make sure I was getting the most out of my insurance plan and worked hard when the computer was rebelling. Genuinely I can’t tell you how amazing this experience was. I almost gave Terrie a hug at the end for being so kind but then thought that might be weird. I can’t recommend a place enough. I will now be going for regular eye exams. Something I’ve never done. Thank you Shopko.
