Radiology accepts fewer insurances than the doctors?? I went in for a visit- paid the copay - before I go in, they send me down for a X-ray… the radiology department I for s me that they don’t take the same insurances as the doctors… so I should either pay $175 or go find a place to get an X-ray and come back??! Terrible service that does not support patients health, well being or long term outcomes. (Staff were nice and understanding but can’t change corporate policy)

Check your portals. I found out I had a very important health issue. No letter no phone call. My PA never told me or the specialist either. The info was over 1 year old when I found it. Thanks Crystal run for not charting all the other issues I had. And I still need medical records transferred to new medical group. You all really just giving me the run around for 3-4 years now. I've had several appts, tests and still no answers. I've lost faith in the medical system. My insurance was very expensive. My time was valuable too. All fo nothing. What does it take to get diagnosed there? And how do I get treatment? I'm clueless. I give up on trying to be a healthy person. I feel worse than ever. Doc at the clinic argued with me about where I had pain. The orthopedic doctor told me she was wrong and I was correct after the x ray unfortunately I was at the Ortho for athletes. Why would they even spin my wheels like that I'm a old lady and not athletic at all. So he could not help me either. This place is a joke.
Doctor was very nice and pleasant, but staff left a lot to be desired. You can’t even scan your QR code to check in. It’s very dark and confusing. There aren’t any instructions as to where you should go, and no one helps you. I still have not received my after-visit summary. There is no record in my chart of having even had the visit. I would say I won’t be back, but I see that it is closing soon anyway, so thank goodness I won’t have to.
There is no lab available for blood testing and we were aware of this when attended. But during the visit, Dr. Eric Lonergan made an incorrect diagnosis. We were lucky that our incident wasn't life-threatening and was simply a common illness, which another doctor from a different office later diagnosed correctly. Despite this, of course, we were charged for visit.
My visit to this office was one of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve had. I came in because I was experiencing significant bruising and was concerned about possible appendicitis. During my visit, I felt that my concerns were dismissed. I was told the bruising was likely related to my medications, yet no one reviewed my medication list with me. I was then told it is from auto-injector medications, even though I don’t take any. Later, it was suggested that my bruising may have been caused by a dog or other pets at home, despite no one asking whether I even had pets. After my blood draw, I bled through my bandage. Rather than receiving reassurance or assistance, I was met with frustration and questioned about why I “didn’t say anything about bruising easily.” I was left feeling blamed, embarrassed, and unsupported instead of cared for. Patients should never be made to feel guilty or be spoken to disrespectfully when seeking medical care. Compassion, professionalism, and listening to patients should be the standard in every healthcare setting.
