Recently seen by this office and Dr and very impressed! The dr is EXTREMELY easy to talk to and helpful she worked with both my wife and I to get the most out of our insurance coverage! Absolutely will continue seeing her and suggesting her to anyone who is in need of a eye dr!
I am so impressed with this place! I live in Brooklyn and Monticello but have never used an eyeglass place before in my Monticello location. I mangled my glasses so badly and because they fell off my face I scratched them. The Eye Studio gave me the usual risk talk you get when frames are adjusted,however, they were fixed perfectly with one adjustment. I then confidently handed over my overstretched designer sunglasses and he adjusted the frame that made them feel brand new. He wouldn’t even let me pay. I surely will take future business to this Eye Studio!!
I have always used Dr. Escobar for as long as i can remember. Today the office was closed and Lina came into the office just so she could see me. I recently moved to Arizona and my cat sat on my glasses a few days ago and broke them. So knowing I was coming to New York soon, my mom called to see if she could get me in. She was booked solid but was still able to make a time for me. She literally opened her office on a day it was closed and saw me. I cant stress enough how amazing that is and how important that made me feel. And on top of that I was in and out within an hour. And I got new contacts and glasses.
I scratched my eye while doing my hair, the wonderful doctor got me in within and hour and took care of me, giving me antibiotics and took me as a new patient! Coming back to get my new glasses! Such a kind and wonderful staff!
