Fantastic in all ways: reception, initial screening and testing by nurse, doctor visit with results. I was on a tight schedule (aren't we all, all the time?!!) and was prepared to leave if I wasn't seen by a certain time. Not only was I tested and seen by the doctor in a timely manner, I got out in time to get to where I needed to go with 10 minutes to spare!

Wanna start with - I love Middletown Medical, only reason this is a 2 star and not 1. Around here I’ve had a lot of bad doctors and most of the good ones I’ve had worked at Middletown Medical. Went to urgent care last night and receptionist told me the Doctor said get a new thermometer, my low temp was “impossible” Doctor didn’t even see me. I’m assuming it’s because I came in late, got there around 5:25 when they close at 6. I just want that doctor to know I went out right after I left there bought a new thermometer (just doing that my reynauds got really horrible I had to go straight home) and I’ve tested my old thermometer against the brand new one, and the old one is accurate. Clearly that temperature isnt “impossible” I called this morning they told me the doctor that was there was likely Dr. Roman. Maybe if he could have been bothered to see me and speak to me and maybe take my vitals, he could have given proper advice. This review it strictly for whatever doctor was working November 17 at 5:30pm. If I know who it was for certain I’d write a review on them. Usually I have no issues with this office and I’ve been many times.

Only urgent care in Monticello, i will go to. Always in and out in under an hour. Doctor, receptionists, and nurses are always on their game.

Urgent care, Dr Christopher Roman, I will NEVER go to this Urgent care again! I've had issues with this Dr EVERY time I've been there, and I am done!! Rude Dismissive Uninterested No compassion Seemed like we were a bother. My son fell down a flight of stairs Saw my son for maybe three minutes, came in and just seemed annoyed that we were even here, automatically thought he wanted a note for school, didn't even examine the part of his leg that was hurting. Did not take his shoe off to look at anything, all he did was touch below the knee ( not even where the pain was ) asked if he can walk on it, my son said yes, but it really hurts ( his pain was around an 8 or 9 ) Roman said it not broken, but we will do an xray. Did not check anything else, nothing ! Told us why are you here, this is a primary care matter, not an urgent care matter, maybe you should stop falling. No bedside manner at all, seemed annoyed and angry the whole time. This is not the first time we've had these issues with this Dr, its every single time. I will NEVER be coming back to your urgent care as long as he is working there. I asked the lady at checkout for the named of someone I can speak to, and explained why and she laughed. The only ones who was professional about this was the xray tech, and the receptionist when we checked in. Disgusting behavior for a Dr. I see I am not the only one who has had issues with him, and yet he is still there. I will be bringing this to the US Department of Health and Human Services, no one deserves to be treated this way
